Mentha X Rosa Litter - OPEN

This is the second ever Mugwo hound litter and the first for my kennel. The parents were determined via poll. The sheer number of possible genetic combinations from the parents is obscene. I actually did the math and it's nearly one million possibilities. Fun!

Several puppies are being offered for free! Via raffle. Please carefully read below to find out how you can get one!

The borders around the puppies are coded on conformation eligibility.
Pups have no visible faults or disqualifying features and may be shown without difficulty
Pups have at least one fault. Though allowable in the show ring, this will greatly decrease their probability of winning
Pups have a disqualifying feature and thus cannot be shown

The faults seen in this litter are drop ears and natural bobtails, with a number of puppies also carrying flagpole tail. The disqualifying feature seen is merle.

Litter Information
Sire: VMCh RHKs Exhilarate the Mind SCHIII CDX NFD OA CGC Ring3 (Mentha): the second ever Mugwo hound and the first Mugsy marked, a trained protection dog and by far the most successful of the breed so far
Dam: RHKs Many Petals CGC DQ CD VM SAR (Rosa): a confident dog trained in search and rescue, among other things. Before this litter, she was the only merle Mugwo hound

Sighthound percentage: 78.5%

Personalities: These puppies will be exceptionally confident dogs with great focus, being great examples of the highly trainable nature of the breed. There is a potential for them to be everywhere from highly energetic to quite mellow. With training, they should do well in just about anything.

Height and weight: This litter should grow to between 26.5 and 28.5 inches tall and weigh from 75 pounds on up, with some potential that one or two may exceed the 90 pound weight maximum. They are on the heavier side of the height-to-weight ratios allowed in the breed.

The Rules
1. Puppies of River Hush Kennels may only be adopted out to other kennels. If you don't already have a kennel, you will have to make one before your bid can be accepted.
2. If you no longer want a dog that was bred by us, either retire it or give it back. Do not resell or give away the dog without my permission.
3. The puppy you buy is the puppy you get, so no changing of breed, gender, color, markings, or registered name. If the puppy does not already have a gender and/or registered name when you buy it, you are free to pick them.
5. For this litter, all registered names must begin with our prefix "RHKs" -OR- end with "of River Hush"
6. You must also have read the Mugwo hound breed rules [link]. To show that you have, include the statement on the rules page in your first bid comment.
7. To enter into a raffle, you will need to write a short paragraph that MUST include: why you want the puppy, what you will train it in, and a short statement that makes it clear to me that you understand the rules of #MugwoHound. This must be done for each of the pups you are interested in.

- NOTE: the bobtail on this dog is long enough that some judges may overlook it. However, the end is far more blunt than on a full tail, with a bobtail's characteristic fatty pad on the tip that is easy to notice when being observant.
